Ryan's guest is Ryan Nabil, a Research Fellow with the Center for Technology and Innovation at the Competitive Enterprise Institute a Free Market think tank.

Before CEI, Ryan completed an MA in global affairs from Yale University, where he studied international relations, international law, and quantitative analysis. While at Yale, Ryan worked as a teaching fellow for three Yale courses and served as the managing editor of the Yale Journal of International Affairs.
